INSANELY FLUFFY Banana-Oat Pancakes topped w/ Desiccated Coconut & my PB & Choc sauce!!! Made these for my mumma on this beautiful Sunday morning we had. 🌟 RECIPE 🌟
• 1 C Oat Flour (Pulse Rolled Oats in blender to make flour) • 1.1/2 Banana (Egg Replacement) • 1 C Coconut MIlk • 1 tsp Maple Syrup • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda • Pinch, Himalayan Pink Salt • Tad of Coco Oil for frying TO MAKE: 1) Pulse rolled oats in a blender/food processor until a flour-like consistency 2) In a bowl, mash banana & then add mylk, maple syrup, baking soda & salt and mix well. 4) Add all the wet ingredients to the dry in the food processor & blend for 1 minute on high speed, until a thick, but pourable consistency. 5) Fry in a non-stick pan with a lil coco oil on low heat, until bubble pop, then flip. Serve w/ my PB-Choc Sauce: • In a pot, add 1 tsp @mayversfood crunchy PB, 1 tsp @directorganics raw cacao, 1/2 tsp maca powder, 1 tbsp @lovingearth coconut nectar & a splash of @pureharvest coconut mylk and stir until thick & hot over a low heat.
