INGREDIENTS 1 cup cashews 1 cup dates 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (plus more for rolling balls in at the end) 1/2 cup cacao 1/2 cup oats 1 tablespoon coconut oil RECIPE • Soak nuts and dates to soften before blending. *20m in a covered bowl of hot water is fine* • Blend the nuts and oats until fine (my blender didn't mix all nuts which didn't matter because chunky bits of cashew tasted quite nice, so don't worry if it doesn't blend fully) • Add all other ingredients into a bowl and mix well (hands make a really great spoon for mixing) If mix is too crumbly add another tablespoon of coconut oil • Roll bowls in extra coconut or chia seeds then store in a air tight container in the fridge to enjoy later!
