This recipe is PERFECT for those on-the-go breakfasts. So good you'll probably want to have them for lunch and dinner also!

What you need 100g cashews 100g almonds

Process in a food processor

Next add - 40g cacao powder 40g protein powder of choice (I used Prana On vanilla protein) 20g desiccated coconut Process in a food processor again for 5 seconds

Lastly add - 230g medjool dates Process the food processor until it’s all blended and formed a nice dough.

Press mixture in a tin form pan (20 x 20cm), put in the fridge to set for couple a hours or over night and cut into any size you’d like.

Chocolate sauce optional. Enjoy!
