CRUNCHY KALE CHIPS


You can NEVER have enough snacks... NEVER. Snacks are life! So here is one of my favourite and easiest healthy snack ideas. Feel free to season the chips as you please. Chillie or Garlic can be great add-ons to this recipe. 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of Kale

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Tsp of Paprika

  • Tsp of Cumin

  • Salt to season


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius 

  2. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper

  3. Mix olive oil, paprika and cumin in a bowl

  4. Tear kale into bite sized pieces removing the stem

  5. Lightly cover the kale pieces with oil mixture and place on the tray

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown

  7. Leave to cool for a few minutes and season with salt
