CARAMEL PROTEIN BLISS BALLS



I was sick of paying $6 or more for a Bliss Ball that I could just as easily whip up for myself at home. So I decided to throw a few ingredients together that I had at hand, and the result was amazing! So from here on in, I'll be heading into the big wide world with my delicious home-made Bliss Balls and saving up my dollars.. WOOP WOOP!!! #cashmoney

INGREDIENTS 

Makes 12 Bliss Balls

  • 1.5 Cups Medjool Dates

  • 1/2 Cup Almonds

  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts

  • 1 scoop Vanilla 'BodyScience' Vegan Protein Powder 

  • 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (depending on how strong your sweet tooth is)

  • Coconut flakes, nuts, or seeds of your choosing for coating the balls in.

METHOD

  1.  Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor until just smooth

  2. Take 1 tbsp of mixture at a time and roll into a ball in your hands

  3. Roll the ball lightly in the coconut, seeds or nuts of you choice and place in
