In 1/4 cup of chia seeds (the amount in this recipe) you will be getting 28% of your daily calcium needs and 18% of your iron needs. *based on a 2000cal diet. So enjoy this delicious breakfast recipe and feel great in knowing that you'll be starting your day the best way!


In a Mason Jar, mix together the following ingredients then cover and place in the fridge to set over night.

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1 cup of Almond Milk or Milk alternative

- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

- 3/4 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Then in the morning, chop and add any other seasonal fruits, nuts, coconut yoghurt etc to your liking!
