CHOC-BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS (GLUTEN FREE)


DISCLAIMER - I just fed this to a bunch of non-vegan men and they were blown away! So you know they are good..


INGREDIENTS

Wet ingredients -

2 medium over ripe bananas

2 tbsp coconut sugar

2 tbsp maple syrup

Dry ingredients -

1 cup Gluten Free flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup Chocolate Bodyscience Vegan Protein powder (discount link here )

1/4 cup Vegan cooking chocolate chips

Pinch of Salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. Mix together wet ingredients until smooth

  3. Mix dry ingredients well

  4. Add wet to dry ingredients and stir until combined

  5. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil spray

  6. Cook for 15 minutes or until fork comes out clean!
