I know that it's not always possible or affordable to get to a gym, so these programs require minimal equipment and include full video demonstrations and exercise breakdowns to guide you through.

THE 12 WEEK BODY REVOLUTION

This is my most popular program and will provide you with the best value. The 12 Week Program includes 4 x HIIT style workouts per week as well as bonus cardio options on days off and Yoga recovery sessions. This program will require a light set of dumbbells, a set of resistance loop bands (SEE HERE) , a bench or chair and a skipping rope. Expect to FEEL results straight away and SEE them not long after.
